FAQ

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes, all of my sessions are held virtually on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space and makes scheduling more flexible.

Do you take insurance?

I accept private pay only. However, if your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for a portion of the cost. I provide monthly superbills (invoices) to submit to your insurance, and I can also help verify your out-of-network benefits before we begin.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

It’s normal to feel unsure at first. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. It’s a chance to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see if we feel like a good fit. There’s no obligation; it’s simply a starting place.

I’m ready for therapy, but my partner isn’t. Can we still work together?

Yes. While couples therapy can be powerful, it’s very common for one partner to feel ready before the other does. The good news is that change can still happen even if only one partner attends therapy.

I often help individuals look at their relationship patterns, build secure attachment within themselves, and practice new ways of relating that shift the dynamic at home. Many relationships begin to improve when just one partner does this work and sometimes, the other partner becomes more open to joining later once they see the changes.
