Relationships are a dance, NOT a tug of war.

Therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating relationships that feel safe and fulfilling. My work centers on building emotional safety, deepening self-awareness, and helping you break free from cycles that are keeping you stuck.

All sessions are offered virtually. I work with clients exclusively via telehealth.

Individual Therapy

For those who are ready to explore their inner world, heal old wounds, and build a stronger emotional relationship with themselves and others.

Many of my clients come to me navigating patterns rooted in attachment, such as fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown.

In our work, we’ll bring awareness to where these patterns began and gently move toward healing, self-acceptance, and greater emotional freedom.

Even if your partner isn’t ready for therapy, meaningful change can still happen. I often help clients shift relationship dynamics by working with just one partner; as you grow more securely connected to yourself, the way you show up in your relationship naturally begins to transform.

Couples Therapy

For partners who find themselves stuck in a push-pull cycle of closeness and distance.

I help couples recognize how early attachment experiences are shaping the way they relate to each other in the present. Together, we’ll work on creating emotional safety, learning to communicate needs more openly, and rebuilding trust and intimacy.

Couples therapy is not about “fixing” one another, rather it’s about finding new ways to connect, understand, and grow together.

Relationship Coaching

Not located in California? You can still work with me through coaching.

Coaching is designed for people who want to better understand their emotional patterns, navigate relationship challenges, and create lasting change. Together, we'll identify the beliefs and experiences driving your reactions, break recurring cycles, and build healthier ways of responding in your relationships and daily life.

My coaching approach draws from the same evidence-based principles and attachment-focused framework that have shaped my years of clinical experience. Rather than focusing on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching is future-focused and centered on growth, self-awareness, and intentional change.

Coaching may be a good fit if you:

  • Keep repeating the same relationship patterns and want to understand why.

  • Find yourself easily triggered in conflict and want to respond differently.

  • Want to build more secure relationships and stronger emotional awareness.

  • Are looking for practical guidance, reflection, and accountability as you create lasting change.

Fees & Insurance

  • Individual Therapy and Coaching: $195 per 50-minute session

  • Couples Therapy and Coaching: $220 per 50-minute session

While I don’t accept insurance directly, many of my clients in California are able to use their out-of-network benefits to cover a portion of session costs. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

To make this process easier, I can help verify your out-of-network benefits before we begin so you know exactly what your coverage looks like and what your out-of-pocket investment will be.

Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel it’s worthwhile to show up and grow.
